We aim to respond to every email within seven business days. Bug reports affecting the core search functionality are prioritized and usually answered within forty-eight hours. Feature requests and general questions may take a little longer depending on the volume of incoming mail.

Any information you share by email is treated according to our Privacy Policy. We will not share your email address or message contents with third parties except as required to investigate the issue you reported. If you prefer to remain anonymous, you are welcome to use a pseudonymous email service.
